📍 Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 adjoining states).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
🚚 Shipping Method & Carrier
All orders are shipped directly from South Korea via international shipping services.
The specific courier is currently being finalized and will be updated here once confirmed.

Flat rate shipping: $15 for all other orders
⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after purchase.

Delivery may take up to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.
📦 Order Tracking
We are working to integrate a tracking system for international orders.
Once tracking is available, customers will receive an email with tracking information after shipment.

🛡 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at bamily@bamilies.com with photos and your order number.
We will work with you to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
