📦 BAMILY Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BAMILY. We are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently and transparently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


📍 Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 adjoining states).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.


🚚 Shipping Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea via international shipping services.
The specific courier is currently being finalized and will be updated here once confirmed.


💰 Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders over $99

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 for all other orders


⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery may take up to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.


📦 Order Tracking

We are working to integrate a tracking system for international orders.
Once tracking is available, customers will receive an email with tracking information after shipment.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

In case of weather disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen shipping issues, we will contact you promptly to keep you updated.


🚫 Shipping Exceptions

We do not currently ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. overseas military addresses (APO/FPO)

  • P.O. Boxes


🛡 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at bamily@bamilies.com with photos and your order number.
We will work with you to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
