Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at bamily@bamilies.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

To exchange an item:
1️⃣ Initiate a return for the unwanted item.
2️⃣ Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

We do not offer direct item swaps at this time.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
